Rae Abileah is a social change strategist, consultant, and advocate for human rights, environmental justice, and community wellness. Rae served as the co-director and national organizer of CODEPINK Women for Peace for eight years, working to end the US wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Rae is an active member of Jewish Voice for Peace and cofounded the youth wing of the organization. She is a creative campaigning trainer with the Beautiful Trouble Training Network, coordinating creative arts activist trainings for unions, climate justice movements, and non-profits seeking to step up their game to be more effective and imaginative. She is a contributing author to Beautiful Trouble: A Toolbox for Revolution, Beyond Tribal Loyalties: Personal Stories of Jewish Peace Activists, Sisters Singing, and her articles have been published in various publications from Huffington Post to Tikkun Magazine. Rae is studying toward ordination in the Kohenet Hebrew Priestess Training Program.
